I don't think they should be allowed to retest. If they didn't study hard enough the first time for just a challenge, they shouldn't have the option of retesting. They obviously didn't understand the course and I don't want someone on my department who just challenges and challenges and challenges. I wouldn't trust them to be prepared enough. If they did not pass the challenge, they need to take the entire class.

I also agree with firelady if youy don't want to be a firefighter bad enouge that if you don't want to do the re-test . my Opinion i would look for a new career . but if you want it to a firefighter it hard if you make it hard , but if you make fun ,it can be fun .
